ADEPT Asset Shop · Effective October 19, 2026 · Version 2026-10-19-inclusive

All sales are final.

We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for paid digital assets, except where required by applicable law.

1. Scope and finality of digital purchases

This Refund Policy forms part of the Asset License between AD3PT Interactive Inc. (“ADEPT”, “we”, or “us”) and the purchaser (“you”). It applies to ready-made digital assets purchased through the ADEPT Asset Shop. The version expressly accepted at checkout applies to that purchase; a later policy does not, by itself, replace it.

Digital asset files can be downloaded, copied, and kept. They cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product, and removing download access cannot recover copies already saved. Subject to the mandatory rights in section 4, our no-voluntary-refunds policy applies from completion of the purchase, whether or not you have downloaded or used the files.

2. Check before purchasing

Review the description, included files, screenshots or demonstrations, supported versions, dependencies, limitations, and asset license. Contact us before paying if anything is unclear.

We do not provide voluntary refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind, bought the wrong asset, made an intentional repeat purchase, no longer need it, did not download or use it, or prefer something else. A working asset being unsuitable for your particular project, unsupported software, third-party conflicts, or later platform changes does not create a voluntary refund entitlement. This paragraph does not apply to the extent a remedy is required by applicable law.

3. Delivery problems, defects, and billing errors

If files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or do not work as described, contact support with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and, as appropriate, help restore access or address the issue. Report an unexpected duplicate charge or suspected unauthorized transaction promptly as well. An intentional repeat purchase is distinct from an unintended duplicate charge.

A support request does not create a general refund option. Where applicable law requires a correction, refund, or another remedy, we will provide the remedy required. Contacting support does not replace or restrict any statutory or payment-provider remedy, and this policy does not make contacting us first a condition of exercising those rights. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or download credentials with a support request.

4. Mandatory rights are preserved

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives consumer guarantees, cancellation or withdrawal rights, or other rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or waive. Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this policy, that requirement prevails to the extent of the conflict. It does not prevent you from exercising legitimate rights with a payment provider. A checkout acknowledgment or download does not, by itself, waive every statutory right.

If a right of withdrawal applies to digital content, any loss of that right must meet the applicable legal requirements, including any required express consent and acknowledgment. Acceptance of this policy alone is not treated as that separate consent.

5. If a payment is refunded or reversed

A legally required refund or payment-provider reversal may still occur. A full refund or final payment reversal ends the license and download access granted by that purchase; you must stop using the affected asset and delete your copies. For an identified item or quantity refund, the effect is limited to those refunded licenses. Unrefunded licenses remain covered by the original purchase terms.

6. Which purchases this covers

This policy covers ready-made digital assets sold through the ADEPT Asset Shop. Commission projects follow their separately agreed commission terms. Free assets have no purchase price to refund; their license still applies. Any separately negotiated written purchase terms apply to the extent they expressly provide otherwise.

If a provision of this policy is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent they can operate independently.
