Commission Terms

Effective: September 12, 2026

These Commission Terms apply to project-service inquiries and proposals made with AD3PT Interactive Inc. ("ADEPT Interactive," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Privacy Policy.

1. Inquiries are non-binding

Submitting the commission form starts a conversation. It is not a purchase, acceptance, quote, booking, or promise that ADEPT will be available to perform the work. Nothing is charged when an inquiry is submitted.

2. Proposals

A proposal may describe the agreed scope, price in USD, payment plan, assumptions, and any requested materials. A proposal becomes binding for the described work only after the customer accepts it and any required project-specific terms are accepted. ADEPT may decline an inquiry or ask for more information before sending a proposal.

3. Payment and providers

Payment is due according to the accepted proposal and before the applicable work begins. ADEPT may provide payment requests through Stripe or PayPal. Those providers process payment under their own terms and privacy policies; ADEPT does not request or store your payment credentials.

4. Age and materials

You must be eligible to use Discord and the ADEPT service under applicable law. Accepting a proposal or paying for work requires the age of majority or guardian approval where required. You confirm that you have the right to provide any project files, references, or other materials you send to ADEPT and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

5. Project-specific terms

An accepted proposal, statement of work, or other project-specific written terms may set additional details such as delivery milestones, revisions, licenses, cancellation, taxes, or ownership. If project-specific terms conflict with these general inquiry terms, the accepted project-specific terms control for that project.
