These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ADEPT Interactive Discord bot (the "Bot"), operated by AD3PT Interactive Inc. ("ADEPT," "we," "us," or "our"). By interacting with the Bot or remaining in a Discord server where it is available, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and Availability

The Bot is operated for ADEPT-owned or ADEPT-managed Discord communities. It is not currently offered as a public, third-party server installation. The Bot may be used to post rules, embeds, and other official messages; help with moderation; and, in the future, send order-confirmation or related service messages. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use, attempt to use, or interfere with the Bot in a way that violates applicable law, Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, these Terms, or the rules of the applicable server. You may not attempt to disrupt the Bot, gain unauthorized access to it or related systems, or use it to harass, harm, impersonate, or deceive others.

3. Moderation and Server Rules

The Bot may assist ADEPT staff and authorized moderators in applying server rules. Moderation actions, including warnings, message removal, restrictions, or removal from a server, may be taken where permitted by Discord and the applicable server rules. The Bot does not replace human judgment, and we may review or change actions as appropriate.

4. Discord and Third-Party Services

The Bot operates through Discord and is subject to Discord's platform rules and availability. Discord is a separate service and is not controlled by ADEPT. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for Discord outages, changes, or actions taken by Discord.

5. Privacy

Our handling of information in connection with the Bot is described in our Privacy Policy. We will use Discord-related information only as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Bot and the ADEPT communities it supports, or as otherwise described in that policy.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADEPT makes no warranties about the Bot's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. ADEPT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Bot or your use of Discord.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Bot after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
